About Me

I am a BACP registered integrative psychotherapist working with adults.

You may be struggling with something specific that has interrupted your life, or you may be feeling low, angry or anxious. Feeling emotionally overwhelmed can be a lonely place and often it will impact your relationships, work-life and wellbeing.

We will work together in a safe, respectful relationship and I will offer you a non-judgemental, warm space to enable you to explore and understand what might be happening for you.  Talking through issues with a well trained and experienced therapist in a safe, therapeutic relationship can help you to find different ways of thinking, feeling and understanding.

Embarking on counseling isn't always easy. For some, admitting the need for help can be a hurdle, while others may find the process itself emotionally taxing. However, it's also a journey that can lead to profound insights, newfound awareness, improved relationships, and a greater sense of personal fulfillment.

Whether you require short term sessions (up to 20 sessions that we will agree on at the start) or longer-term work, I believe it is important to build a strong, collaborative relationship so that we can explore whatever issues arise together. I offer an empathic, genuine and non-judgemental relationship and create a space which clients value as they feel safe and accepted.

I currently offer face-to-face sessions in Haslemere, Surrey and also remote sessions online.
